I have spent nearly all this week making up and sewing on poppers and buttons, getting ready for a doll meet at the weekend.





This pattern always surprises me, it looks so small when being knitted and then after it's sewn up it looks smaller still, I never think it will fit a msd size doll but it does!



I started knitting this in 2011! And then I got into a hate relationship with Kid Silk Haze and so left this.
We're all sorted now and I finished it easily!!! It's too short for Meridian but I think the hood looks cute on her.



I really enjoy knitting these roll-neck sweaters (Dollswest pattern).

Dimity

I bought this exquisite little orange jumper from Gill earlier this year. I love the style and colour and so does Dimity.

A glimpse of green

Dimity is wearing the green Scotty Maloney cardi. This is fast becoming a versatile little garment.

Feminine

I'm on a roll, I've finished another Dollswest pattern - this one is a little crop cardigan with "lacey" trim. I love this eau de nil shade and think it looks very pretty on Dimity.

Ribbed cardigans

Two cardigans - both from the same pattern by Dollswest but I adapted one and made longer sleeves.



This one was made with Wendy Happy Bamboo sock yarn.






I used Jamieson & Smith Lace Weight Shetland wool for this smaller one.

Green dress for Dimity

I think this colour suits Dimity and it looks lovely with the lilac stockings.

This was supposed to be for a DT Seola body but it's turned out smaller. Never mind as it seems to fit Dimity.

Dimity: cardigan finished

It was a lovely pattern to do, very easy and quick and I followed it exactly for number of stitches and rows. I used a button from an old cardigan of mine.

I am making Dimity a little crop cardigan from a Dollswest pattern. Using Rowanspun 4-ply in colour Midnight.

A Winter's Day.

A bright Wintery day and Dimity keeps out the cold wearing her warm scarf over this fab sweater by Gill.

I really like these neutral colours on her.



I've had this sweater quite a while now. Here it is in 2005 being worn by Alex.

The Beret - Fail !

Hmmmmmmmm..............this was supposed to be a Petite sized beret, similar to the Tonner ones but it isn't. I used J&S lace-weight Shetland on size 15 needles and it came out too small. The ridge is supposed to be a fold line! Oh well, Dimity gets a beanie of sorts!

Red jacket.

I've just finished knitting a snuggly red jacket for Dimity. I only started it in 2004!!!!

It's in Rowanspun 4-ply, colour Siren.

Another grey hoody!

This long cardigan with pockets and hood is so soft and another classic great shape and design.











It's very snuggly and warm too!



The cardigan is from a Tonner Tyler outfit - "Capital Investment".

Argyle

This is another favourite sweater from the Tonner Co. for fashion dolls. I really like Argyle patterning and this is striking in the pink and black on pure white.
