Pink cardigan

This is a very quick knit, relaxing to do.* It's sized for msd but I find it fits the smaller sd better. I do use the same size needles and weight of yarn as the pattern. Maybe the Shetland is looser?


* But it took me almost a month to finish it! The pieces all knitted but left lying around unsewn. I must get back to sewing up and adding buttons/fastenings immediately I finish knitting again!

WIP: Challenge sweater week 7

Eight rows done this week on the lace and bobble panels. Very slow going again.

Swatches!

Linda has ordered a jumper but not sure of colours so I have knitted a few swatches.
Finally she decided.......#5......but grey with black stripes!!!

Started another cable cardigan - I've been itching to try it in this fabulous green.

WIP: Challenge sweater week 6

After the failure of the last two weeks, I was determined to finished the bobble panels and I even got the middle rib bit completed. So now I'm ready to start the bobble and lace panels!

I'm very pleased! :D

Finished SD knits!

I finally finshed buttoning and sewing a bunch of SD wips and photographed them for sale.

The new Dollswest pattern has been inspired from a jacket in Vogue Knitting. A very cute mini version!

I haven't knitted a stitch on this for 2 weeks now!
I really must make the effort to get back into it next week.

Sewing!

Spent all Monday and Tuesday sewing up! Then today pressing and started adding buttons and snap fasterners.

WIP: challenge sweater week 4

No change this week, I haven't been able to concentrate.



But I did feel like doing plain knitting so I made 6 sixth scale/Blythe size sweaters, using left over sock yarn!! :)
Polly is wearing one and the sixth is still on the needles.

I made Polly a top down raglan from some left over Noro sock yarn.





A friend thinks it's the perfect outfit for an evening beach walk. I like that.
